Original and Unique Content
All articles submitted as news or opinion pieces must be original and non-plagiarized. We require supporting facts and documents for all submissions. Please disclose any potential conflicts of interest or motivations related to your article upfront.
We reserve the right to edit or reject submissions based on our editorial policies. Authors will not have the opportunity to review their work before publication. The editorial team’s decision regarding the headline, accompanying photos, or artwork is final.
The Process: How to Get Published
To submit your article, please email it to editor@flynews.com along with the following:
- Suggested headline
- Excerpt
- Recent photograph
- Brief author introduction
We generally publish articles between 400 and 1200 words but welcome longer submissions if they are original and exclusive. Please note that we will not consider articles previously published in any print or online publication.
Only factually accurate and thoroughly proofread articles in MS Word Document format will be accepted.
Due to the volume of submissions, we cannot reply personally to each writer. If you do not hear from us within ten business days, please assume we will not be using your article. Feel free to submit it elsewhere.
